Agreement to Terms

Wolf Pak Strategies provides proprietary software products and services, including but not limited to:

• Coco's Academy -- An AI-powered professional certification exam prep platform with adaptive learning and bilingual audio support.
• Wolf Pak Capture -- A desktop software and Chrome extension for structured web page archiving with AEGIS V2 evidence capture capabilities.
• IQ Bunny -- An ELO-rated adaptive quiz platform for competitive learning.
• AI Mower News -- An industry publication covering robotic lawn mowers and smart gardening technology.
• AfterCut AI -- A computer vision platform for image processing across construction, landscaping, and remodeling industries.

License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

• Download and install our software products on your personal or business devices
• Use the software for lawful commercial purposes in accordance with documentation
• Create a reasonable number of backup copies for archival purposes

This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the software beyond the granted license
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our software
• Rent, lease, or sublicense the software to third parties
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices
• Use the software to develop competing products

User Responsibilities

You agree to use our products and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of any license keys or credentials
• All activities that occur under your account or license
• Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations
• Obtaining necessary consents for data you process through our tools

We are not responsible for the actions, policies, or availability of third-party services. You are solely responsible for any fees charged by third-party API providers.

Payment Terms

• All fees are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice
• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy

Subscription Services

If you subscribe to ongoing services:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time before the renewal date
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

All content, features, and functionality of our products and services are owned by Wolf Pak Strategies LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes:

• Software code, algorithms, and architecture
• Trademarks, service marks, and trade names
• Documentation, designs, and visual elements
• Proprietary methods and processes

"Wolf Pak Strategies," "Wolf Pak Capture," and "AfterCut AI" are trademarks of Wolf Pak Strategies LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
• NON-INFRINGEMENT
• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY OF RESULTS

We do not warrant that our products will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any output generated by AI integrations.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WOLF PAK STRATEGIES LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES
• ANY DAMAGES EXCEEDING THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which damages are sought, including contract, tort, or otherwise.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Wolf Pak Strategies LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our products or services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you generate or process using our tools

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our products and services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use our software is revoked and you must cease all use and destroy any copies.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Hernando County, Florida.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
